Instructions:
Cook the onion and garlic:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion for 3 minutes, add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
Brown the beef:
Add beef mince, break it up with a spoon, and cook until fully browned (about 6–7 minutes).
Add spices:
Stir in chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes more.
Heat taco shells:
Warm taco shells in the oven (180°C/350°F) for 5 minutes or as per packet directions.
Assemble tacos:
Fill each shell with beef, then top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, and coriander.
